SKILLOSThe idea
Skillos explores how specialist judgment can become a working AI agent. Its approach is to map expertise from real work, fine-tune behavior, evaluate quality and bias, and prepare agents for use in professional workflows.
My focus is the relationship between people, skills and learning: how expertise is taught, how capability is evaluated, and how creators retain a stake in the value they contribute.
